I had the pleasure of liaising with Lewis McAllister, Senior Claims Manager, from Accident Claims Lawyers, for over a year following my motor vehicle accident. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes regarding communications with my lawyer, however, I was surprised and very happy with Lewis's very regular updates and legal advice. He was completely on top of everything with my case and I appreciated his professionalism, attitude, and the respect he gave to me during the year. He was exceptional and I would recommend Lewis McAllister highly to anyone looking for legal representation for an MVA.

The team from accident claims went above and beyond for me to get the best possible outcome for my situation. They were thorough they explained in detail the things I needed to know and were very empathetic. I have been helped by LHD to obtain Income Protection payments from my Super insurance. I looked at processing the claim on my own but after talking to other Stroke survivors and an ex-colleague who had a claim on her insurance it was obvious I was going to need help throughout the process. I'm very glad I went with LHD,they are extremely professional and helpful.

Terrible service. After being involved in a crash last year, they informed me that my claim had been settled for $5,00.00. ICWA then confirmed my claim in fact settled for 12,500,00. I received $2,000.00 in compensation from the $12,500.00 paid out by ICWA. In total, MVA deducted $9,000.00 in legal fees for a fairly straight forward claim. They also provided me with false information in regards to how much ICWA agreed to settle my case.I highly advise avoiding this service, since receiving my settlement, I have attempted to contact them to discuss the above. My last email was sent on 05/04/23 and I am still yet to receive a response. I can also confirm that this service operates outside of Australia. I received a call from this company shortly after my crash. I can confirm that I did not provide my details to anyone after the crash in regards to legal assistance. This makes me wonder how they are obtaining our details...

The care and attention to detail when interacting with Accident Claims Lawyers was a relief. The assistance with administration of the claim was a god send and the finalising of the claim a dream run.
